Laci Pecsenye - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pork shoulder steaks (loin, lean)
    garlic
    paprika
    salt and pepper
    shortening
Preparation
    Use heavy cast-iron roasting pan.
    Wash meat.
    Melt shortening in pan over hot fire.
    Deep fry pork in shortening.
    Season pork with salt, pepper, garlic and paprika.
    Drain meat.
    Drain shortening from pan.
    To pan, add boiling water and simmer.
    Serve with rye bread.
