Brunch Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage (ground), brown and drain well
1 (8 oz.) can crescent rolls
1 1/2 to 2 c. Mozzarella or Swiss cheese, grated
4 eggs, well beaten
3/4 c. milk, blend with eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Brown sausage; drain well.
Line 9 x 13-inch baking dish with rolls.
Press firmly to seal.
Sprinkle with sausage and cheese. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over sausage.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until set.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Cut into squares and serve.
Leftovers may be frozen to serve later.
