Danish Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    2/3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. apple, chopped
    1/2 c. nuts, chopped
    cinnamon and nutmeg
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Beat together egg, sugar, vanilla and melted butter (can add up to 3 tablespoons melted butter).
    Stir in sifted flour, salt and baking powder.
    Add chopped apple, nuts, cinnamon and nutmeg and mix well.
    Put in greased pie plate and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
