Kentucky Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 egg yolks
3 1/4 Tbsp. hot water
1 can crushed pineapple
2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped pecans
4 egg whites, beaten stiff
Preparation

Mix in order given.
Egg whites should be folded into mixture. Bake in stem pan at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
