Greek Style Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. dry-pack Feta cheese
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. soft-style cream cheese
    1/3 c. chopped ripe olives
    3 Tbsp. thinly sliced green onion
    1 Tbsp. snipped fresh basil or 1 tsp. dry basil, crushed
Preparation
    Bring cheeses to room temperature; cut into chunks.
    In blender or food processor, process until smooth.
    Reserve 1 tablespoon chopped olives and 1 tablespoon chopped green onion. Stir remaining olives, onion and basil into cheese mixture.
    Shape into ball. Chill until serving time.
    Sprinkle with reserved olives and green onion.
    Serve with pita bread wedges or foccacia chips.
