Shepherd'S Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 to 3 carrots, sliced
    1 c. frozen peas
    3 Tbsp. canned tomato sauce
    2 to 3 lb. potatoes, boiled and mashed
    butter
    milk
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown beef in 1 tablespoon vegetable oil.
    Add onion and cook until tender.
    Add carrots and cook a few minutes.
    Add tomato sauce and peas.
    Cook for 10 minutes.
    Season with salt and pepper.
