Mushroom Cheeseburger Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef or ground turkey
1 c. chopped onion
1 jar sliced mushrooms, drained
1/4 to 1/2 c. ketchup to taste
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 c. + 2 Tbsp. baking mix (Bisquick, Jiffy, etc.)
4 to 5 Tbsp. water
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Grease a 2-quart baking dish.
Cook meat and onions in large skillet until beef is browned and onions tender.
Stir in mushrooms, catsup, Worcestershire sauce and 2 tablespoons baking mix.
Set aside.
