Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp. olive oil
2 sweet Italian sausage
5 Tbsp. flavored bread crumbs
1 tsp. grated cheese
1 Tbsp. minced parsley
1 egg
1 lb. mushrooms
chicken stock
Preparation

In a frying pan, gently brown minced garlic in olive oil. Remove sausage meat from casing, crumble meat and fry also. In bowl, combine bread crumbs, cheese, parsley and egg.
Add cooked sausage.
Wash mushrooms quickly.
Remove stems.
Fill caps nicely with stuffing.
Place them in a baking pan lined with foil.
Add a little chicken stock to bottom of pan (5 to 6 tablespoons).
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Serve hot.
