Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 bag Doritos
1 bag shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can enchilada sauce (hot or mild)
1 can kidney beans
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Fry ground beef and drain.
Add kidney beans (drain off juice), cream of chicken and mushroom soups and enchilada sauce to ground beef on medium heat. Allow to simmer. Take Doritos and place in pan.
Pour ingredients over chips and top with shredded Cheddar cheese.
Place in oven at 350\u00b0.
Bake 20 minutes.
