Chocolate Cloud Kisses - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites, room temperature
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 (8 oz.) bag chocolate chips
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat egg whites and salt; add tartar and beat until stiff. Add sugar slowly and beat until mixture forms stiff peaks.
    Fold in remaining ingredients.
    Drop by spoonfuls onto well-greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Allow clouds to cool before removing from cookie sheet.
