Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. rice, cooked
    1 small can chunk pineapple, drained
    1 small can mandarin oranges, drained
    1 c. grated carrots
    1 c. raisins
    1/2 c. walnuts
    1/2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. curry powder
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Combine rice, pineapple, oranges, carrots, raisins and walnuts.
    In separate bowl, combine milk, curry powder, and lemon juice.
    Add mixtures together.
    Add mayonnaise for added zing.
