Double Chocolate Mint Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. granulated sugar
    1/3 c. packed light brown sugar
    1/2 c. Hershey's cocoa
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. butter, divided
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 tsp. mint extract, divided
    2 c. Hershey's semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
    Stir together flour, sugars, cocoa, baking powder and salt.
    Cut in 3/4 cup butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
    Beat in eggs and 1/4 teaspoon mint extract.
    Spread into pan and bake 23 to 25 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in comes out clean.
