Bloody Mary Tomato Juice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 large tomatoes, cut thin, no need to peel
    2 large yellow onions, peel and chop
    2 cloves garlic, peel and chop
    3 stalks celery, diced
    1medium green or sweet pepper
    1/4 c. prepared horseradish
    1 1/2 tsp. liquid hot pepper
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Simmer all until juiced, about 40 minutes, covered.
    Press through a sieve.
    Return to kettle, bring to a boil.
    Put in hot jars.
    Process quarts 30 minutes (same for pints).
