Swiss Chicken Cutlets - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 chicken breasts, split, skinned and boned
1 beaten egg
1 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. cooking oil
3 Tbsp. butter
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. dry white wine
2 c. shredded Swiss or Mozzarella cheese
tomato slices
Preparation

Pound chicken breasts to about 1/4-inch thickness with a meat mallet.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Dip into egg and then bread crumbs.
In skillet, add oil and brown chicken.
Set chicken aside in a baking dish.
