Mustard Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. small cucumbers or sliced large ones
    1 qt. sliced green tomatoes
    1 qt. small white button onions
    1 large cauliflower, cut small
    4 sweet green peppers, sliced fine
    4 qt. cold water
    2 c. salt
    1/2 pt. flour
    1 Tbsp. turmeric
    6 rounded tsp. dry mustard
    1 Tbsp. celery seed
    1 c. brown sugar
    8 c. vinegar
Preparation
    In sterile jars, pack with onions, cut into chunks.
    Add 1 part vinegar
    to 1 part water. Can add other vegetables such as hot peppers, green peppers, carrots (cut in chunks), celery, etc. Store in refrigerator.
