Gingerbread With Lemon Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Bisquick
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 egg
    3/4 c. hot water
    2/3 c. molasses
    1/3 c. shortening
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. ginger
Preparation
    Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Grease and flour square pan (9 x 9 x 2-inch).
    Beat all ingredients in large mixing bowl on low speed, about 30
    seconds, then medium speed for 3 minutes.
    Pour into pan and bake for about 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
