Ginger'S Favorite Wine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 bushels Concord grapes
    10 lb. sugar
    10 lb. sugar
    4 gal. boiled water
Preparation
    First Batch:
    Pull stems from grapes.
    Mash, skins and all, to pulp with clean 2 x 4.
    Add 10 pounds sugar.
    Mix well with 2 x 4. Put resulting mess in barrel.
    Do not seal.
    Cover opening with cheesecloth.
    Shake daily for 10 days.
    Wait 3 months.
    Drain and strain liquid.
    Drink at will.
