Roast Beef And Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 lb. roast
    1 large onion
    1/2 c. flour
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1 Tbsp. salt and pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 qt. water
Preparation
    Season meat with salt, pepper, garlic and 1 tablespoon flour. Brown roast on all sides in oil. Remove roast; add flour and brown. Add water and onion; return roast to pan and bake at 350\u00b0 until meat is falling apart.
