Coconut Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coconut
1 pie shell, baked
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients with a little milk.
Add rest of milk. Cook over boiling water and stir.
Cover and cook 15 minutes longer; stir occasionally.
Beat egg yolks.
Add a little of hot mixture to egg yolks.
Pour back and cook a few minutes.
Add butter, vanilla and coconut.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
