Pecan Pie Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. unsifted flour
1/2 c. confectioners sugar
1 c. butter
1 can condensed milk
1 egg
1 (16 oz.) pkg. brickle almond chips
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Bake at 325\u00b0
for glass baking dish. In medium bowl, combine flour and sugar.
Cut in butter until mixture resembles corn meal.
Press firmly in bottom of 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
Bake 15 minutes.
In medium bowl, beat condensed milk, egg and vanilla with a beater until light and fluffy.
Stir in brickle bits and chopped nuts.
Spread milk mixture evenly on pie crust.
Bake 25 minutes more or until golden brown.
Cool.
Chill thoroughly before cutting.
Cut into bars. Store in covered container in refrigerator.
