Meat Loaf(Kjottpudding) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. extra lean ground beef
    1 lb. ground pork
    2 eggs
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    3 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    In a large bowl add all ingredients except milk.
    Beat with electric mixer until smooth and then beat some more! While you are beating, slowly add the milk.
    Add 1 more cup of milk if it doesn't get too thin.
    Bake in loaf pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    With less milk this recipe makes delicious meat balls.
