Punch Bowl Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
    1 large bowl Cool Whip
    1 can crushed pineapple
    1 can cherry pie filling
    1/2 c. pecans, chopped
    1 can Angel Flake coconut
Preparation
    Cook cake as directed in cake pan.
    Break cake up with fingers when cool.
    First, layer into bottom of punch bowl.
    Then put half of other ingredients on top of cake, except Cool Whip.
    Repeat with other layers.
    Then put Cool Whip on top.
    Save some of pineapple and cherry filling for top to decorate.
