Stuffed Tomatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. Kellogg's Special K cereal
1 c. cubed cooked chicken or canned chicken
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. plain yogurt
4 medium tomatoes
4 lettuce cups
2 tsp. margarine or butter
Preparation

In medium size mixing bowl, combine 1/2 cup of the cereal, chicken, celery, mayonnaise and yogurt.
Chill mixture.
Slice tomatoes into 6 wedges, cutting nearly to the base.
Spoon chicken mixture into center of tomatoes.
Place in lettuce cup on individual salad plates.
