Twice Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 baked potatoes
    1/3 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. chives
    1 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cut top off potatoes.
    Scoop out pulp (easiest when hot).
    Add all ingredients, except cheese, and whip until fluffy.
    Fold in cheese and mix well.
    Stuff mixture back into potato shells and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until tops are browned and bubbly. Top with sour cream and crumbled bacon, if desired.
