Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium green pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. sugar
    3/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. self-rising corn meal
    1 small can creamed corn
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes in a cast-iron skillet.
