Ingredients

2 egg whites
1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar less 2 Tbsp.
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet morsels
Preparation

Add vanilla to egg whites and beat until soft peaks form. Gradually add sugar beating until stiff. Fold in the morsels. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper. Using heaping kitchen teaspoon, spoon dough onto parchment paper leaving 2-inches between each cookie. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
