Baked Duck(Serves 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 wild ducks
    salt, red and black pepper
    2 onions, quartered
    4 garlic pods
    Worcestershire sauce
    cooking oil
Preparation
    Season ducks with salt, black pepper and red pepper.
    Stuff with 2 quarters of onion and pod of garlic.
    Sprinkle inside and outside with Worcestershire sauce.
    Add a little oil to roaster and add ducks.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 3 hours or until tender, turning occasionally.
