New Orleans Baked Bananas(Serves 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 bananas
    1 Tbsp. grated orange rind
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1 Tbsp. fresh orange juice
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 tsp. butter
    julienned orange rind (optional garnish)
    1 vanilla bean, cut in 4 pieces (optional garnish)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cut
    4
    pieces
    of foil each 4 x 6-inches.
    Peel bananas
    and
    cut
    in
    half lengthwise.
    Place each half on a piece of the cut foil.
    In a small bowl mix the orange rind, honey,
    orange
    juice and vanilla extract.
    Spoon over banana halves and
    top each with a piece of butter.
    Fold over the foil once\tand
    crimp
    the
    ends to seal.\tPlace on a baking sheet and bake
    for 5 to 8 minutes.\tIf the bananas are really ripe, they will cook in five minutes.
