No Fail Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. butter
1 lightly beaten egg
3/4 c. milk
Preparation

Sift 2 cups of flour.
Mix all together, egg and milk mixed together first.
Drop by teaspoon or tablespoon into broth.
The secret is simmering the liquid while dropping dumplings.
Cover, heat to boiling and cook 10 minutes, covered, then 10 minutes, uncovered.
