2 cans fingerling carrots, drained
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can tomato soup
1 scant c. sugar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. vinegar
