Guacamole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 medium avocados (very ripe, even black outside)
1 medium tomato
1 small can green chile peppers
white pepper
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 small red onion
dash of Tabasco sauce
salt (optional)
Preparation

Mash the contents of 2 avocados with a fork in a large mixing bowl.
Grate onion and tomato and mix together with avocado.
Add canned chile peppers (hot, medium or mild according to taste), dash or 2 of Tabasco sauce, some white pepper, salt is optional, and finish with lemon juice.
