Ingredients

2 lb. beets, cooked and sliced or cut into strips
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. water
1/2 c. lemon juice or vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Make a sauce by cooking cornstarch, water, lemon juice and salt for 5 minutes.
Pour over the beets.
