Chicken Fiesta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. elbow macaroni
    1/4 c. light cream
    dash of pepper
    1 Tbsp. minced scallions
    2 c. cooked chicken, cubed
    green peppers
    salad greens
    tomato wedges
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. sliced celery
    2 c. sliced black olives
Preparation
    Cook macaroni as directed and drain.
    Rinse with cold water and drain.
    In large bowl, combine mayonnaise, cream, salt, pepper, celery and scallions.
    Add macaroni, chicken and olives. Mix lightly.
    Serve on lettuce garnished with tomato and green peppers.
