Garden Special - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. diced onions
    1 qt. diced celery
    1 qt. water or tomato juice
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    4 to 6 qt. ripe tomatoes, peeled and quartered
    2 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    6 peppers (bell, red or green)
Preparation
    Prepare all ingredients before measuring.
    Cook onions, peppers and celery 20 minutes.
    Add tomatoes and seasonings. Bring to a boil.
    Put into hot pint jars.
    Process at 5 pounds for 10 minutes.
