Cream Cheese Mints - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
food coloring
1/2 or 1/4 tsp. flavoring
2 1/4 c. powdered sugar

Preparation

Cream first 3 ingredients together, then add sugar, a little at a time.
Knead together.
Roll in small balls.
Roll in extra fine sugar and press into molds.
Take out of molds and let air dry.
