Steak Pizziola - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. rib steak, sliced thin
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 clove garlic
    1 small onion, sliced
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Pound meat with flat side of mallet or rolling pin until very thin, being careful not to split fibers.
    Brown lightly in hot oil in skillet.
    Remove meat and set aside.
