Bruschetta Al Pomadoro - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 tomatoes, peeled and diced
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    2 tsp. chopped basil or 1 tsp. dried basil
    1 tsp. fresh or dried oregano
    2 tsp. salt or more to taste
    1 tsp. pepper
    olive oil
    toasted Italian bread slices (1/2-inch thick)
Preparation
    Combine first six ingredients in glass bowl.
    Add olive oil to cover 3/4 of way up.
    Stir gently and let sit a few hours before serving.
    Spoon sauce on toasted bread.
