Broccoli And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1/2 stick margarine, melted
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1/4 tsp. chopped oregano (optional)
1 c. rice, cooked (yield should be 2 c. of cooked rice)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp. black pepper
Ritz crackers, crushed (approximately 3/4 roll)
1/2 c. margarine, melted
Preparation

Saute onion and celery in 1/2 stick margarine.
Cook broccoli by directions on package.
Add oregano.
Cook 1 cup rice in salted water.
Add rice and broccoli to onion mixture.
Add soup, cheese and pepper.
Pour in casserole dish.
Sprinkle crushed crackers on top.
Drizzle with melted butter and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
