Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. lean ground beef
1 1/2 c. chopped onions
3 toes garlic, pressed
1 large (46 oz.) can tomato juice
3 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
3 Tbsp. oregano
3 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. pepper
18 lasagna noodles
2 large containers cottage cheese
3 (6 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Brown ground beef and drain.
Add onion, pressed garlic, salt and pepper and continue to cook until onion is transparent.
Pour into large pan and add tomato juice, tomato paste and oregano. Bring to boil and let simmer for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
