Cole Slaw(Serves 10) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 Tbsp. mayonnaise (heaping)
    2 Tbsp. yellow mustard (heaping)
    2 tsp. Louisiana hot sauce
    4 Tbsp. picante sauce
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp. Lea & Perrins sauce
    1 large garlic clove
    juice of 1 medium size lemon
    1 Tbsp. honey or sugar
    1 onion (medium)
    1 tsp. salt (to taste)
    4 bell peppers, sliced
    1 large cabbage, shredded
Preparation
    In a blender, blend the first 12 ingredients well.
    Place the cabbage and peppers in a large salad bowl.
    Pour sauce over and toss well. This should be done about 1 hour before serving. Tastes even better the next day.
