Potato Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. raw grated potatoes
    1 egg, beaten well
    1 Tbsp. minced onions
    1/4 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix the potatoes and the milk together.
    Drain the milk off and add the egg, flour, salt and pepper.
    Mix well.
    Drop the potato mixture by the spoonful onto a well-greased frying pan and brown on both sides.
    Serve while still hot.
    Yields 4 servings.
