Berry Bavarian(Lo-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large box sugar-free Jell-O
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 c. cold water
    ice cubes
    8 oz. lite Cool Whip
Preparation
    Mix Jell-O and boiling water; dissolve well.
    Take cold water and add ice to make 2 cups.
    Stir into Jell-O, dissolve ice.
    Add Cool Whip, stir in with whisk.
    Pour into bowl or dessert dishes. Chill for 2 hours before serving.
    One-half cup serving equals 60 calories and 3 gm fat.
