Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli
8 oz. Velveeta cheese
1 stick butter or margarine
1 envelope Ritz crackers
Preparation

Steam broccoli; drain well. Melt cheese and mix with broccoli. Melt butter and mix with crushed crackers.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
