Lemon Cake Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, separated
    1/8 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    grated rind of 1 large or 2 small lemons and juice
    1 c. milk
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust
Preparation
    Beat together the egg yolks, salt, flour and sugar.
    Add the lemon rind and juice; stir in the milk.
    Beat egg whites until stiff; fold into egg mixture.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
