Fettucini And Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) box fettucini
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
    1 c. heavy or whipping cream (room temperature)
    3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 to 2 lb. shrimp, cooked and cleaned
Preparation
    Cook fettucini according to package.
    Drain well and place in warm serving platter large enough for tossing.
    Add butter or margarine, heavy or whipping cream, grated cheese and parsley to pan.
    Cook over medium heat (do not let boil).
    Just before boiling, add shrimp to heat through (couple of minutes).
    Pour over fettucini and serve.
