Snappy Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. chuck roast
    1 c. catsup
    1 c. barbecue sauce
    4 c. chopped celery
    2 c. water
    1 c. chopped onions
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Put beef in roaster; combine all other ingredients.
    Pour over meat.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 5 hours.
    Turn beef occasionally.
    When done, shred with a fork.
