Cherry Crunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. Bisquick baking mix
2/3 c. sugar
1 egg
1/3 c. shortening
1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Mix all ingredients except pie filling. Put 2/3 of the dough in a greased square pan, 9 x 9 x 2-inches. Spread pie filling over dough in pan.
Crumble remaining dough over pie filling.
Bake about 30 minutes.
Serve warm.
Serves 9 to 12.
