Mixed Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (16 oz.) pkg. mixed vegetables (can use canned Veg-All)
    1 c. shredded cheese
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 lb. crackers, crushed
    1/2 c. butter, melted
Preparation
    Cook mixed vegetables according to pkg. directions and drain. Add cheese, mayonnaise, onion & celery. Mix and pour into a casserole dish. Top with crackers & butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
