Beet Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lemon jello
1 c. boiling water
1 c. finely diced beets
3/4 c. finely diced celery
3/4 c. beet juice
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. grated horseradish
2 tsp. grated onion
Preparation

Let jello partially set.
Fold in other ingredients.
Let set.
Serve with Cool Whip or salad dressing.
