Shrimp Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 c. finely chopped celery
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    2 (4.5 oz.) cans shrimp
Preparation
    Leave cream cheese out for 2 hours to soften.
    Prepare the chopped celery and onion.
    Combine the first 5 ingredients in a large bowl, then add shrimp.
    Form the mixture into a ball or other shape.
    Refrigerate overnight or longer.
    Use within 3 days.
    Spread on a variety of crackers.
